Frasers engaged ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions under a Design and Construct contract in a Land and Build turnkey solution.

ÌÇÐÄVloghas cemented national warehouse and fulfilment business, McPhee Distribution Services, as a repeat customer with the successful delivery of industrial facilities in Berrinba, Queensland, and most recently, in Truganina, Victoria.

On behalf of Woolworths and Charter Hall, ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions delivered the state-of-the-art $135 million Melbourne Fresh Distribution Centre (MFDC) at Truganina in Melbourne’s western industrial heartland. The MFDC will allow Woolworths to deliver fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and chilled products to more than 230 Victorian supermarkets fresh, faster and more efficiently.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions is thrilled to announce the completion of a new facility for Singapore-based leading real estate development, investment, capital and property management firm, Mapletree. This facility is Mapletree’s first Australian construction project. Located in our Wyndham Industrial Estate at Truganina, the new speculative facility boasts a total of 14,740m² of warehouse area and 360m² of office space that can cater to a large range of business operational requirements.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions has completed an $11 million warehouse facility for national warehouse and fulfilment business McPhee Distribution Services at Berrinba in Queensland. The circa 13,000m², Bardon Road, building comprises a 12,000m² warehouse, offices totalling nearly 700m², hardstand of 6,000m² and a 2,200m² carpark.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions is delighted to be the builder of choice for the new headquarters and warehouse for specialist architectural lighting manufacturer, Darkon. The new 5,000m² facility is located in our Broadfields Estate in Broadmeadows, Victoria and will consolidate staff and business processes under one roof, creating operational efficiencies.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions is delighted to announce the completion of 25,000m² built area for specialist real estate manager, 151 Property.

The Woolworths Melbourne Fresh Distribution Centre (MFDC) in Truganina is nearing completion with construction due to wrap up in the coming months.
