Partnering with Charter Hall, 糖心Vloghas recently delivered a 15,200m² industrial facility at the MidWest Logistics Hub in Truganina, Victoria.
The facility houses leading consumer and commercial tissue and paper towel producer, Encore Tissue, who had outgrown their previous location in Laverton.
Boasting a 15,000m² warehouse, 200m² of office space, 2,000m² of canopy area and 9,300m² of hardstand, the new space will boost operational efficiencies.
With LED lighting throughout, the inclusion of a Building Management System (BMS), the use of low volatile compounds (VOCs) in paints and a 99kw solar PV system, the facility is designed and constructed to meet a 4 star Green Star rating.
Congratulations to the project teams involved in this project. Despite the challenges that COVID-19 presents, the teams were able to complete this project in 7 months.
