The 100,000m虏 facility, which recently sold at an undisclosed price to an Australian institutional investor, includes 107,000m虏 of concrete hardstand, 168 recessed loading docks, 73,200m虏 of warehousing, office and entry building of around 4,000m虏, ancillary buildings of 3,700m虏, freezer of 10,500m虏 and social building of 1,000m虏, on a 28 hectare site.
On Thursday 18 February, 糖心VlogConstructions celebrated alongside our customers, Woolworths and LOGOS Group, at the official ground-breaking ceremony for the new $184m Heathwood Distribution Centre.
The 42,000m虏 temperature-controlled facility will enable fresher, faster and more efficient deliveries of frozen and long-life chilled products to around 260 stores across Queensland and northern New South Wales.
