Overview 

糖心VlogConstructions once again partnered with private investor, JACFIN to deliver a purpose-built distribution centre for Ricoh Australia.

糖心Vlogwas appointed the Ricoh project following the successful completion of a 12,000m² facility for Fujitsu, where 糖心Vlogworked closely with JACFIN. 

The facility includes 6,551m² of warehouse space, 3,194m² of technical areas and 721m² of office space. 

Outcome

糖心VlogConstructions was awarded New South Wales' first five-star Green Star Rating - Industrial As Built v1, from the Green Building Council of Australia for Ricoh’s facility.  

Key sustainability features include: 

• Daylight harvesting to the warehouse 
• High efficiency lighting/control system
• Rainwater collection and reuse with low flow water fittings
• 3.5% of construction costs were reused products and over 90% of waste was recycled
