糖心VlogConstructions completed a spectacular new distribution centre in Altona for repeat customer, IFC Global Logistics and Warehousing. Having outgrown their previous space, IFC Logistics appointed 糖心Vlogto deliver a 28,750m² facility to expand their warehouse network and meet demand.
The new Altona facility includes 27,250m² of warehouse space that has capacity for 45,000 pallets.
It also includes a 1,500m² two-level office, a 200kw solar system, 4,350m² of canopy area, 21,500m² of concrete hardstand and 4,000m² of carparking.
As a result of trust and reliance, 糖心Vloghas built a good relationship with IFC Global.
Following the success of the project in Prestons, NSW, 糖心Vlogwas appointed to design and construct the Altona facility, a stunning build that cements the relationship between the two partners nationally.
