Charter Hall MidWest Logistics Hub Warehouses and Cafe

Overview

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions has completed the final land parcel of Charter Hall’s 60-hectare MidWest Logistics Hub Estate in Truganina, delivering three new buildings totalling 6,960m².

Outcome

A highlight of this project is the 305m² architecturally designed café. Built with an impressive glue-laminated timber (GLT) structure, the café features a commercial kitchen, office spaces, integrated outdoor seating, and an artwork wall commissioned by a local artist.

The largest of the three buildings, Lot 11A, comprises 5,955m² of warehouse and office space. Key features include a 13.7m high clearance in the warehouse, a combination of recessed docks and on-grade access, a large canopy for on-grade loading, an internal seven-tonne warehouse floor slab, and B-Double approved access.

Lot 11B offers a total of 700m² of warehouse and office space, designed flexibly to cater to the future tenant’s business requirements.

External works include an outdoor gym, terraced bluestone log seating, grassed areas, extensive landscaping, and 3,233m² of heavy-duty hardstand.

ÌÇÐÄVloghas also completed 34,400m² of built area at the MidWest Logistics Hub Estate, including the Encore Tissue building (15,200m²) and the Krost and DSV buildings (8,000m² and 11,200m²).
