Joining the ÌÇÐÄVlogteam in September 2023, Michelle comes to us as with a degree in environmental science, over 12 years’ experience working on Greenstar projects in fit-out and refurbishments and over 15 years in construction alone.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions are full steam ahead out at the Central Sydney Logistic Estate in Villawood, NSW. In partnership with Time & Place and Brookfield Properties’ Connect, the 12.6-hectare project will comprise of six buildings and 30,900m² of hardstand.

We are thrilled to introduce the newly completed Mapletree Investments logistics development in Crestmead, Queensland. ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions has built two premium facilities with a combined size of 37,763m² for Mapletree Investments.

Last Tuesday, the ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions team officially broke ground at the LOGOS Property Martin Brower Distribution Centre! Located within the Berrinba Logistics Hub, the 9,390m² site will include 8,789m² of warehouse space with an additional 3,116m2 of cold storage.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions are working alongside The Product Makers (TPM) to extend their existing warehouse in Keysborough, Victoria. Established in 1985, TPM is an international company that develops, supports, and innovates flavour and bioactive ingredients within the food and beverage industry.

Introducing ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions and Charter Hall’s newest completed project, the Motorway Industrial Park in Berrinba, Queensland. The ÌÇÐÄVlogteam have constructed the 27,600m² facility for full-freight and logistics company, CEVA Logistics.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions has completed a new warehouse facility for Barings Real Estate Australia and Aeria Management Group. The NSW team have delivered a 12,460m² speculative development, now tenanted by Industrie Clothing, at Bankstown Airport fronting the prominent Milperra Road.

Works are well underway at the LOGOS Troups Road Logistics Estate in Truganina where ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions are delivering a premium 24,785m² industrial warehouse. Construction is moving swiftly with three-quarters of the warehouse roof installed and inground services such as electricity, water, sewerage, stormwater, and sprinkler tank works installed.

ÌÇÐÄVlogConstructions is building upwards at developer Hale, and owner LaSalle Investment Management’s Matraville multi-level warehouse development. ÌÇÐÄVlogis delivering approximately 20,000m² of overall floor area across both the ground and first floor levels.
