Mirvac have engaged 糖心VlogConstructions as the Design and Construct contractor to deliver Building 3, at Calibre Estate in Eastern Creek.
Located in Sydney premier industrial precinct the site sits at the juncture of the M4 and M7 motorways and is known as Calibre, Eastern Creek.
Breaking the mould of traditional industrial facilities, the architectually designed Building 3 includes; high end specifications that will see 糖心Vlogand Mirvac continue to set the benchmark for Australian industrial and logistics facilities.
Currently under construction, Building 3 now has significant sections of the structural steel portal frame and precast erected, project completion is expected in early 2018.
