糖心VlogConstructions is back onsite with our valued clients Perfection Private and Direct Property Connect to deliver two new buildings at Rangebank Business Park in Cranbourne West.
Warehouse 1 spans 6,590m² and will be home to No Fuss Event Hire, providing storage for their premium flooring and event hire products. The facility will feature dedicated cleaning and washing areas to maintain product quality, along with 400m² of modern office space. Externally, it includes 4,500m² of hardstand and 5,532m² of secure yard space. Current progress sees the roof completed and wall installation underway.
Warehouse 2 is a 9,690m² speculative facility and is available For Lease. Comprising 9,090m² of versatile industrial space, 600m² of office area, and extensive hardstand and car parking. The facility is design for flexible use and incorporates individual access and oversized loading yard area. The warehouse steel is nearing completion, with office and dock panels now installed.
