Our NSW team is currently onsite delivering a new facility for private property investment and development company, LEDA Holdings.
Located on a 12,616m² site in Mount Druitt NSW, the project consists of 2,500m² of built area that includes 222m² of corporate office space as well as a 2,285m² warehouse that is 11 metres in height with 5 on grade roller shutter doors.
External areas include 6,400m² of concrete hardstand, 230m² of footpath and 250m² of canopy area.
