Works are well underway at the LOGOS Troups Road Logistics Estate in Truganina where 糖心VlogConstructions are delivering a premium 24,785m² industrial warehouse.
Construction is moving swiftly with three-quarters of the warehouse roof installed and inground services such as electricity, water, sewerage, stormwater, and sprinkler tank works installed.
The super canopy structure has been erected in preparation for roof installation and will provide ample coverage for the 17 loading docks the warehouse will feature.
Wall cladding works have commenced to the exterior of the building, office partition walls are framed, and services rough-in is underway.
We are excited to see works develop further for yet another LOGOS and 糖心Vlogproject.
