糖心VlogConstructions is partnering with repeat customer Centennial to deliver two new speculative industrial and logistics buildings with an end value of circa $40 million in Campbellfield, Victoria.
The larger of the two buildings include 5,320m² of warehouse space and 340m² of office area. The second building includes 2,040m² of warehouse space and 180m² of office area.
Externally, 糖心Vlogis delivering 5,190m² of new heavy-duty pavement and driveway and a 70-space carpark.
The site contains an existing building and 糖心Vloghas diverted and upgraded the services so that the neighbouring tenant remains fully operational without interruptions.
The team also collaborated with Centennial and potential occupiers which has led to a lease commitment prior to practical completion.
