We are excited to share some progress photos of the Urban Logistics Co. Altona Circuit development where 糖心VlogConstructions is refurbishing an existing 39,000m² facility.
Works also see 糖心Vlogexpanding the space to an impressive 52,300m², that will contain seven tenancies ranging from 5,000m² - 16,000m², each with its own office and amenities.
90% of wall cladding works are complete, 95% of roof works have been installed, and solar installation has commenced on all seven warehouses.
95% of sprinkler works have been installed and internal slabs are poured for warehouses four, five, and seven.
The office fitout is complete in warehouses four and five with the fitout for warehouses six and seven being close to completion.
Externally, hardstand works within stage one is nearing completion and carpark asphalt has been laid for warehouses four and five.
