Managing Director - Andrew Noble, has announced his decision to take a well-earned break after 35 years at Vaughan, stepping down officially as of June 2024.
Andrew has had an exceptional career from Apprentice to Managing Director and today we celebrate his achievements, dedication, and contribution to the success of Vaughan, and the incredible legacy he leaves behind.
Stepping in to fill his shoes, we welcome Luke Stambolis as Vaughan's newest addition and CEO.
Luke joins Directors - Eric Law and Mark Byrne, bringing his expertise and knowledge of the construction industry with him.
Coming to us with an impressive resume, Luke previously worked across some of Australia's leading construction companies such as Multiplex, Contexx and Probuild, along with a stint in the international sector.
We are thrilled to have him onboard and look forward to seeing where this new chapter will takes us!
