September saw leading international freight logistic company, IFC Global, celebrate the opening of their new warehouse and distribution centre in Prestons, NSW.
Located on Kurrajong Road, Prestons NSW, the new facility boasts an 8,787m² warehouse and 375m² of office space and amenities.
With construction occurring on three title boundaries, there had to be careful consideration of the three neighbouring sites. 糖心Vlogbuilt a close relationship with neighbouring land owners to coordinate site access and ensure the construction process minimised disruption and was completed in the shortest period of time.
糖心VlogManaging Director Andrew Noble attended the ceremony, officially opened by the Hon. Melinda Pavey, Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight, and expressed his delight with the completed project and the partnership between 糖心Vlogand IFC Global.
