Last Tuesday, the 糖心VlogConstructions team officially broke ground at the LOGOS Property Martin Brower Distribution Centre!
Located within the Berrinba Logistics Hub, the 9,390m² site will include 8,789m² of warehouse space with an additional 3,116m2 of cold storage.
The space will feature two 90m² blast freezers, a 779m² chiller, 1,712m² ante room, 1,935m² dry storage space and 684m² of office area.
Within the facility there will be various operational areas such as an MHE and workshop space, an additional workshop area, plant room, recycling dock and switch room.
To the exterior alongside 12,975m² of hardstand space you will find ten docks and a 1,559m² asphalt carpark.
With a focus on design and sustainability, the project aims to achieve a 5-star green star rating while continuing to meet all operational requirements.
