糖心VlogConstructions is partnering with repeat customer Charter Hall on a new facility for CEVA Logistics in Berrinba, Queensland.
CEVA Logistics is a full-freight and logistics company offering freight management and contract logistics services globally.
This new facility will house CEVA’s Contract Logistics business and will be predominantly used for inbounding product, storage, cross-docking activities, external hardstand storage and outbound consignment picking, sorting and dispatch.
The project sees 糖心Vlogdelivering a 27,600m² facility that comprises 20,350m² of warehouse space, 705m² of office area and 14 tailgate docks.
There are also extensive external areas to be completed including 22,000m² of hardstand, 6,550m² breezeway, 2,300m² of carparking, 1,900m² of landscaping and 2,050m² of awning.
The project will be targeting a 5 Star Green Star Green Star As Built & Design rating and will include a 400kw solar system.
Senior Business Development Manager Richard Lloyd expressed his delight about the ongoing partnership with Charter Hall.
“糖心VlogConstructions has partnered with Charter Hall on several projects this year in Melbourne and Sydney having completed around 50,000m² of built area in total. In Brisbane, we are onsite in Darra delivering a 6,750m² facility and we are thrilled to add another 21,110m² of built area with the delivery of the CEVA Logistics facility.

On Tuesday 13 December the team celebrated with a ground-breaking ceremony onsite to commemorate the commencement of the project. A beautiful smoking ceremony and Welcome to Country was performed by Koomurri Group.

The project is expected to be completed in July 2023.
